Orders will be ready for pickup or delivery two days after placing the order. OR on your prefered date. If you would like your flowers ready for a certain date please note that at checkout. We will contact you when you order is ready.

If an order is not delivered due to an incorrect address or recipient information provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund. Please double-check all recipient information before placing your order.


If you are not completely satisfied with your flower purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of flowers.


If there is a problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve the issue. If a refund is necessary, we will refund the cost of the flowers or provide a replacement arrangement of equal value. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.
