The beauty of cut flowers is that they are temporary. You get to enjoy them at their peak. Normally flowers will last around a week, but this could be longer or shorter depending on the flowers in your bouquet.

We deliver to the Ottawa area for a $15 delivery fee.

Our hand-tied bouquets are beautiful all on their own and can be added to any vase you have in your home. If you would like the flowers to arrive in a vase, you can choose that option when purchasing your flowers.

We recommend giving your flowers a nice cut right before putting them in water. Use the flower food provided to you by Veenema Floral Studio. Change out your water every 1-2 days to keep the flowers drinking as much as possible.

Orders will be ready for pickup or delivery two days after placing the order OR on your preferred date. If you would like your flowers ready for a certain date, please note that information at checkout so we can have them prepared for you. We will contact you when you order is ready to arrange delivery or a pickup time.

If you are not completely satisfied with your flower purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of flowers.
